We’re more than a gym – we’re a tight-knit community. Located in Crystal Valley Ranch in Castle Rock, Colorado, our community trains vigorously and embraces hard work.

No matter your age, gender, race, or fitness level, stepping into our gym means entering a welcoming, safe space. Our positive atmosphere supports and encourages all athletes. CrossFit is for everyone, especially those seeking a path to wellness and fitness, regardless of their athletic history.

Workouts created with the needs of our community in mind.

At CrossFit Crusade, we write programming to encompass all areas of fitness. This starts with the WOD or Workout of the Day. We keep track of our scores, times, and progress to see how we have improved. Workouts are short and intense. We are not looking to go slow and easy. We need intensity to achieve results. The WOD is your chance to push it and make the most of your workout.

Strength days at CrossFit Crusade are focused, calculated, and challenging. This means that on a strength day, there is no “WOD.” You will give your all to the strength program, including all the accessories that will make you better. Muscle burns fat, and the more lean muscle we have, the better we will perform, and the better we will look.

We encourage all new athletes to take advantage of our “Fundamentals” program. Athletes meet three times in a small class environment to go over the basics of CrossFit and what to expect in a CrossFit class. It’s essential you understand how to squat, press, and deadlift, before the clock says 3-2-1 GO!

Learn how to move large loads, long distances, quickly. The snatch and the clean and jerk are the purest expressions of power and speed, making it the go-to choice for athletes and technicians alike. With proper training, you will learn to use your body to move weight and create strength to support against outside forces.

We recognize that our members are full-time working adults, and making nutrition a priority for you and your family will take effort. But through a healthy diet and exercise, you can feel energized and fight against chronic diseases, such as obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and more. We offer help with grocery lists, suggested meal plans, and one-on-one health coaching to help you implement changes that work.

If you're looking for a welcoming, close community with an amazing coach and top notch facility, this is it. Whether you're new to crossfit, an OG, or anywhere in between Jacob will meet you where you are with programming. Crossfit Crusade's approach is focused on foundation and making sure your movements are there before progressing. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I have been doing crossfit for 10 years. I started when I was 49. I am in better shape now than I was when I was 25 both physically and mentally. Life has moved me around geographically, and because of this I have belonged to many OK gyms and a couple of great gyms. Jacob is THE best coach. My wife and I just had the opportunity to visit Crusade after not seeing him for several years. His skill level is unmatched… his determination to work with all abilities and ages is unmatched and his enthusiasm and desire to build a great, healthy community is unmatched. If you want to dramatically improve your life, both physically and mentally, this is the guy to work with and the gym to join.

Jacob has been amazing. He’s a great guy, and an amazing coach. It’s great to have a few minutes to get to know each other and chill, and then it’s no mercy as I hit the weights and exercise! My legs have hurt in the best way for two weeks, and I can already feel my endurance and form improving. I have a long way to go but I know Jacob will be there to help and push me along the way. I highly recommend this gym!!

Highly recommend! Jacob is a phenomenal coach. He has worked with me through the many phases of my CrossFit journey, from not working out to getting back in the swing of things, to working out while pregnant, to recovering after pregnancy, and now to getting even stronger and healthier. The programming is his own and very well thought out, as well as flexible for each person’s skill level. I am excited to see how it improves my athleticism. The location is also spectacular- I love all the natural light from the windows and the view. Cheers to Sammie, Jacob, and CrossFit Crusade!

I’ve been doing CrossFit on and off for 10 years and this gym has the best coaching and programming I’ve encountered. Coach Jacob is incredibly attentive, encouraging and understands an athlete’s individual needs so you get the best workout possible. All workouts are scalable to your level of fitness, and everyone is encouraging and helpful! The space is very clean and inviting. Joining this gym will be one of the best decisions you make regarding health, fitness, and community!

Dogs got me up early, so I decided to see the facility. Walked in, Jacob showed me around, ended up doing the 530A class as a walk-in. Awesome session with a fun crew! Will be back.

With a shower on site, three private restrooms, and plenty of dedicated parking, we make your trip to the gym fun and easy.
