To extend the lives of people in Castle Rock through functional fitness.

This starts with surrounding yourself with the right people. Our community leads our members to improve all areas of their lives, starting with their daily habits. We use constantly varied, functional movements to improve your general physical preparedness: your ability to adapt and thrive in any situation.

The high-intensity nature of our workouts is shown to improve overall health. Lowering your risks of chronic diseases. Including obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Learning to move well and do athletic things at any age is essential. Yes, we may scale back the difficulty for our older clientele and ramp it up for the young guns, but that reflects the stimulus their bodies call for.

The needs of athletes differ by degree, not by kind.

No matter your age, gender, race, or fitness level, stepping into our gym means entering a welcoming, safe space. Our positive atmosphere supports and encourages all athletes. CrossFit is for everyone, especially those seeking a path to wellness and fitness, regardless of their athletic history.
